Hello everyone, I would like to reflect on recent developments associated with Mirko’s leave. We informed our son- Ali on Thursday regarding Mirko’s departure. We just said that he decided to leave and did not provide any further details. He reacted very emotionally and cried for a while. Yesterday, assuming that there will be a training this morning, he asked if he will come to say goodbye and we said no. This was also sad for him since the coach built up very strong relationship with the u12 team and a farewell without saying goodbye is not matching with this image he built. On top of this, the training this morning cancelled at the very last moment. With all due respect to board decision to let Mirko go- since we don’t know the full insights- I kindly believe that the communication was not performed effectively in this incident and affected our kids. Hoping that the process would be handled smoothly from now on. Thanks Serdar
